Return and Refund Policy

At DripPortraits.com, we create custom drip-style portraits printed on demand. Because each item is made uniquely for you, our return and refund policy reflects the personalized nature of our products.


1. No Returns for Custom Products

All of our products are made to order, specifically tailored to each customer’s design request. As a result:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any correctly delivered orders, including:

  • Wrong size ordered by customer
  • Change of mind
  • Typographical or customization errors submitted by the customer
  • Unwanted gifts

Please double-check all details before placing your order.


2. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in printing and packaging your custom items. However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will gladly issue a replacement or full refund.

To qualify:

  • You must email us at order@dripportraits.com within 7 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue (e.g., damage, misprint)
  • We will review your claim and confirm eligibility within 2–4 business days

If approved, you may choose:

  • A full refund to your original payment method
    OR
  • A replacement of the same product, free of charge

3. Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
  • If your refund is delayed or missing, please first check your bank or card provider. If the issue persists, contact us at support@dripportraits.com.

4. Order Cancellations

Because we begin the custom artwork and print process soon after an order is placed:

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are confirmed.

Please ensure all details—including artwork references, product types, sizes, and shipping address—are correct before placing your order.


5. Incorrect Shipping Address

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered by the customer:

  • The customer is responsible for the reshipment cost.
  • No refunds will be issued for orders returned due to address errors unless the item is also damaged.

6. Late or Lost Deliveries

If your order hasn’t arrived within the standard 7–14 business days:

  • Please first check the tracking information provided via email.
  • If the package appears lost, contact us at order@dripportraits.com, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.

Note: DripPortraits.com is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or uncontrollable circumstances like weather events.
