All of our products are made to order, including artwork creation, printing, and packaging. Please allow:

  • 1–3 business days for artwork processing and design finalization
  • 3–7 business days for printing, quality check, and packaging

Processing begins once payment and required design input (such as your photo) are received.


2. Shipping & Delivery Time

Once your product is ready to ship, we dispatch it via our trusted courier or logistics partners.

  • Estimated delivery time: 7 to 14 business days
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location, local courier services, and customs clearance (for international orders)

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees, if applicable, will be clearly displayed during checkout.
  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or discounts, which will be applied automatically at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with:

5. Incorrect Address & Delivery Failures

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of order.

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping will be at the customer’s expense.
